In the year One thousand nine hundred and twelve, on the Twenty-ninth day of February, We, the undersigned, peasants of the Kiev Governorate, Kanev District, Stepantsy Volost, of the village of Stepantsy: Yakov Davydov Nesterenko on the one part, and Silvester Grigoriev Leontsky on the other part, have concluded between ourselves the present voluntary deed as follows:

1st. I, Yakov Nesterenko, out of 1 desyatina 1551 sq. sazhens of arable land acquired by me by purchase from Zakharia Klepa—1 desyatina 234 sq. sazhens, situated in the tracts: behind the Gavrilov forest 1317 sq. sazhens and up to the Kulikova birch grove 1317 sq. sazhens, hereby cede to Silvester Leontsky into the permanent and hereditary possession and use of himself and his heirs, for the sum—which sum has been received by me in full from Leontsky—of One Hundred and Ten rubles.
